Finally, we’ve found a caterer: Eloquente catering — great food with a wide array of selection and nice utensils and presentation.
I went to the Eloquente office yesterday, with my sister who’s also the Maid of Honor and my cousin, who may be one of the Bridesmaids.
The recipe that was on top of our list was the Creamy Chicken Pastel which my sister described as “heaven”. I remember that the only complaint I dished out was that the beef was not so soft but of course, it wouldn’t be difficult for Eloquente to do something about that.
The agent assigned to us was Thelma but she was very busy yesterday. So Beng took care of all our needs. I liked dealing with Eloquente because the staff is very friendly and the personal preferences of clients do not sound so ridiculous. Other wedding professionals sometimes make you feel that way.
Since the wedding is Filipiniana, I opted for the native jars to be at the center of the buffet table. At the center of the guests’ table will be candelabras perfect for the setting at the patio. They will also give us the roman cake table and will decorate the stairs of the patio where we will be going down from upon introduction. #
