Since Mark and I learned that our documents for getting married here (The Netherlands) are all approved, people start asking when the date will be. Actually, we’re also thinking about it. We don’t know yet but we’re busy thinking about it.
We’re trying to remember a special date in October for our relationship but we can’t remember any. Another consideration is that Mark gets three free days for getting married so it will be convenient to schedule it on a Wednesday. Then we can enjoy a long weekend together.
I suggested we get married on the 8th day of the month so we will be celebrating same anniversary dates as the wedding in the Philippines (we’re getting married on March 8 in Manila) but October 8 is a Monday. And we want to get married in October because some of our friends are leaving for Manila at the end of the month.
In short, we haven’t made our decision on a date yet. But we hope to come up with it very soon. #
