Mark, my fiance’, is my biggest supporter right now in my mission to make beautiful beaded jewelry. He has expressed time and again that a good picture is the best come-on for would-be buyers. I have tried to make good pictures even with the macro setting of my camera, but my photos just don’t look as good as the ones that they sell in the internet. I just tell myself that at least, they do look better in real life, hehehe…
So he tried some techniques yesterday with white paper and white light and I guess, these photos that he got are the best we’ve had so far. He also thinks it’s better to photograph beads when it’s worn. So we tried that too. We don’t have money for a model yet so that’s me on the photos. For the first time in my life, I have headless photos on purpose. But it was fun to model. I got to bring out my summer blouses that I don’t think I’ll be able to use in this cold country. =) #
